CO-Sponsorship. How much does it cost?

$ 510.- per year p. y. helping to educate a talented, gifted child.

You sponsor a child as long as you desire. There is no obligation, no contrtact!. You just stop payment and inform the Foundation by e-mail to take back the sponsorship whenever you desire it.

What kind of children are to be sponsored?

Gifted children with different talents in the Cape Town area or in the Western Cape/South Africa. They are carefully selected and nominated by principals or rectors of schools, high schools  and colleges. Those with special talent  who cannot continue their education or develop their talent because of financial need of their parents can be sponsored by THE FOUNDATION. Those selected by the 'Talent Committee'  receive the
►" SPONSORSHIP AWARD FOR TALENT" .  
 

Can I take over a sponsorship too?

Yes, you can! Each child should have 2 sponsors:
The Foundation as a main sponsor and a co-sponsor.

Foundation's funds are limited and there are more applications than funds available. Therefore, you can take over sponsorship for one or more of these talented children. So we can give more special children a future. 

We invite businessmen and companies, school classes, clubs, charity organizations, doctors, hotels etc. to take over one or more co-sponsorships.

A sponsor will receive a decorative  ►"SPONSORSHIP CERTIFICATE" with picture and story of the child to be framed and placed in a special location.
 

Can I get in contact with the child?

Sure you can!

It certainly supports "your child's" development to know you are interested in it's future and to know who is supporting it. Anyhow the child or its guardian will inform you about details, how the money was spent and about the progress of the child's education. You certainly can get more involved, if you want. Build up a relationship, visit or invite "your child" for a vacation trip, write letters or take additional care as much as you like. However, if you prefer, the volunteers of THE FOUNDATION will take care. Its free!
